TRANSACTION SYSTEM :

1.   If the owner of the Tokay will invite the buyer,they need to pay an invitation or booking fee and at the same time sign MOA (Memorandum Of Agreement), at the designated time together we leave for the transaction place. 3 hours after the arrival of our testers, owner must be able to show the availability of Tokay that suits the criteria s above.

2.   The amount of invitation or booking fee can be seen at the list below.

3.  After the MOA and acceptance of the booking fee, we'll directly process the administration either in bank  or office, so if the Tokay suits the criteria, the payment can be executed on time. In maximum 3 days we

can leave  for the transaction place as mentioned in contract/MOA

4.   If after 3 hours since the arrival of our testers  and we are not allowed to examine the Tokay  for any reasons, the transaction is declared as a failure.

5.  Testing of Tokay is done twice consecutively. we take pictures, and put it on scale machine. owner or the seller,s mediator must also have his own scale machine for neutrality.

6.   After passing the examination, buyer will pay half of the total amount as down payment in front of the bank officer after processing the documents, giving back your booking fee and the overall payment will be finish in  2 or 3 days..

7.  Payment is bank to bank or cash in carry basis..

1.  Why should we pay booking fee?

We run this business all over the country, the lack of time is our main reason, owner or mediator or the seller's representative must give us a guaranty that they have the right Tokay and ready for  transaction. when they book our time it means that it won't be canceled or postponed by any reasons, also to ensure that information that come to us is accurate and responsible. since for the transaction we have to arrange all the administration in bank and office to guarantee a smooth payment as signed in MOA..

2.  What are the advantages with the booking fee system?
a.  Your transaction can be done and payment is a guarantee.
b.  Get bonus of 5 times the amount of booking fee.

3. What if I pay the booking fee and the buyer doesn't show up?

It is impossible to happen, when the client pays the booking fee, at the same MOA is signed legally, rights and responsibilities of both parties are written clearly.

4. If we don't pay the booking fee, is there any other solution?
We are sorry for that, without guarantee we don't do a transaction with you, we are looking for serious person to execute the transaction, not just the products but also the criteria s. we don't spend time for geckos that don't suit our criteria s.
